Delivery times are estimates based on carrier information and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

  • All orders ship free of charge as our standard shipping method.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price.

4. Order Tracking

5. International Shipping

6. Order Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Storenuvohome@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order appears lost in transit (no tracking movement for 10 days past the estimated delivery window), please contact us at Storenuvohome@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
