  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

  • Products may be covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for 5 Years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
  • Smart lock products involve electronic and mechanical components; while we take reasonable steps to ensure quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Installation and Use

  • Our products are designed for standard residential door installation as specified in each product's compatibility information. Installation on non-compatible doors may void warranty coverage and is done at the customer's own risk.
  • We recommend professional installation if you are unsure about compatibility or your own ability to install the product safely.
  • Smart locks are electronic security devices and, like all such devices, may be subject to malfunction, connectivity issues, or unauthorized access attempts. Nuvohome makes no guarantee that our products are immune to all forms of physical or digital tampering, and customers should maintain traditional backup access methods (physical keys, alternate entry) at all times.

8. Account and App Usage

  • Some products require use of a third-party companion app (e.g., Tuya, Smart Life) for full functionality. Use of such apps is subject to the third-party provider's own terms and privacy policy, which we are not responsible for.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, passwords, and access codes associated with your smart lock.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography — is the property of Nuvohome or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvohome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site, including but not limited to loss of property, loss of data, or security incidents, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nuvohome harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
